Same here like in last chapter. Xianyang is in Huguang-Province, but the Jeong Family where he is from is in the Henan-Province, so I don’t know what would be a more acurate translation and if they are reffering to his origins in Henan or is actual location in Huguang because he stays in Desolate Fortress right now which is in Xiangyan in Huguan-Province.
